1. Why is the Data User Agreement required?
As part of its digitalization strategy and continuous improvement of service quality, Trasis has implemented a Data User Agreement (DUA).
This agreement is a charter that formalizes Trasis’ commitment to use machine data exclusively for technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance purposes, in full compliance with the applicable European legal framework (EU Data Act).
2. Why is such an agreement necessary?
Our remote maintenance and predictive maintenance services require access to, the collection of, and the storage of machine data. These data must be handled properly to ensure full compliance with current regulations.
In return, this allows Trasis to be proactive in error resolution, and even to anticipate potential issues before they occur. This directly contributes to improved speed and quality of customer service and maintenance activities.
Trasis guarantees a limited, transparent, and secure use of data, as well as the confidentiality and anonymization / randomization of potentially sensitive information.
3. How can I check if my company has already signed the Data User Agreement (DUA)?
To check whether your company has already signed the Data User Agreement (DUA), simply go to your user profile. There, you will find all the information related to the DUA.

If the DUA has not yet been signed, a banner will be displayed at the top of your screen to notify you and guide you through the next steps.
4. How to sign the DUA and upload it ?
