Hypervision is the new fully private client portal, dedicated to each individual customer.
This portal provides access to a wide range of information through an easy-to-use platform, designed to help you navigate and access the resources required for your organization efficiently.
Within the Hypervision Client Portal, you will find, among others, the following sections:
Home
The main page providing an overview and summary of Trasis equipment and shipments related to your organization.Shared Space
A collaborative area containing documents shared between you and Trasis, such as files or other resources. You may upload documents to share with Trasis, and Trasis may also share documents with you.Certificates
Access to certificates and other certification documents related to products or services.Technical Reports
Technical reports, detailed studies, or analyses related to specific projects.Addresses
A list of important or relevant addresses associated with your organization, such as office locations.Contacts
The list of contacts linked to your organization.Shipments
A complete overview of all shipments sent by Trasis to your organization, including shipment tracking, status updates, and expected delivery dates.Equipment
A list of Trasis equipment associated with your organization.Trasis Website
A direct link redirecting you to the Trasis corporate website.Knowledge Base
Help resources for Trasis Extranet users, providing access to technical documentation through the Freshdesk portal.
