Introducing the Trasis customer service portal

1. Public and private access

The Trasis customer service portal can be accessed via your personalised private section of the Trasis extranet or directly via the address https://trasis.freshdesk.com/en/support/home . The platform provides access to public information as well as access to information that concerns you through personal access.


  • Public information is available to everyone, with no need to register to access it.
  • Information that concerns you and that can only be accessed after verification of your access is :
    • General and technical information about our products and consumables. We call this section our "Knowledge Base".
    • A section allowing you to view tickets opened in your name or for your company.
    • The ability to contact Trasis support by opening a ticket to our customer service team.


1.3 Public section of the customer service portal

This page allows you to consult public articles without having to log in with your account.

You can use the search bar or browse the various articles available.


1.4 Your section of the customer service portal

1.4.1 Login to the section that concerns you

This private section can be accessed by logging in with your user name and e-mail address. If you do not yet have access or if you have any problems accessing it, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team by e-mail support_trasis@trasis.com or by phone on the usual numbers.


To log in, click on "Log in" on the home page.


Then enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button.


1.4.2 Content of the section that concerns you

Once you have logged in, you can access the different elements that concern you :

  1. Search our knowledge base directly for the subject that interests you using the search bar
  2. Browse freely through the articles in our knowledge base
  3. View tickets concerning you or your organisation
  4. Contact us by opening a ticket, which will be handled by our customer service department
