Creating a Trasis Customer Service Portal Account

1. Receiving an invitation email

In order to create an account, you should receive an invitation email containing a link to access the extranet. Check your inbox as well as your spam folders.


2. Create or reset your password

By clicking on the link within the email you received, you will have either to create your new password or to request to reset your password if you forgot you password.



Once you access registered, you can enjoy the different content available for you on the Trasis Customer Service Portal.

For any questions or issues regarding access to the Trasis Extranet, please contact our IT service at the following address: support_trasis@trasis.com or by phone at the usual numbers.
